I INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL
„NA STRICIE/ON THE STREET”

24-26 august 2018

I. Organizer

1. The organizer of The Festival is Miejski Dom Kultury (The Town Cultural home) in Wołomin

2. Festival„Na Stricie/On the Street” has international range

3. Festival will take place on the Plac 3 Maja (3rd of May square) in Wołomin

II. Goals and tasks of the Festival

1. Main goal of the Festival is integration of the international artistic environment, exchange of experiences and views, presenting and bringing residents of Wołomin closer to various street forms

2. The additional goal is to create terms of co-work between groups but also good and creative fun with theater and street art

III. Terms and conditions of participation

1. The condition is sending a entry card until the 10th of august 2018. The card is linked to these regulations, and will be ready to download on the internet page nastricie.mdkwolomin.pl but also on mdkwolomin.pl. The condition is also sending an advertising materials (a note about the group/performers and minimum 1 photo)

   All above documents need to be sent to the address:

   with addition of „Na stricie/on the street”.

2. Authorized to entering are: amateur and professional theaters presenting so-called „street spectacles”, amateur and professional artists presenting the „performance” or music art.

3. The time of the show cannot be shorter than 20 minutes and no longer than 60 minutes.

4. Fees for ZAiKS in tracks used during the performance should be payed by the performer.

IV. Technical informations

1. Participants declare their participation and complete their sign up until the 10th of august on the „entry card” created by MDK in Wołomin.

2. Technical equipment such as:

   – special lightning

   – microports

   groups provide themselves on their own.

3. The organizer can provide
   – basic sound system
   – lightning,
   – platforms.

4. Theater supervisors are required to present an insurance policy confirming the insurance of participants and accompanying person for the period of stay and travel, and also parental consent (in case of underage participants)

5. Groups take part in a program proposed by the organizers.

6. The organizer reserves the right to change the festivals program

7. The responsibility over underage participants rests with the entities reporting their participation

8. Organizer can provide:

• • stage conditions and technical service according to information sent in the application form

  • professional jury

  • help with planning accommodation and meals,

    The organizer does not cover the cost of accommodation and meals.

   VI. GDPR Privacy Policy

1. Your personal data will be processed and controlled by the Organizer; you can contact the Data Controller via email: iod@mdkwolomin.pl;

2. Processing submitted personal data is necessary for proper form submission which makes it a legal basis for processing (art. 6 of GDPR §1 point (b)); data processing in the form of person’s picture is based on consent that is an element of agreeing with Rules & Regulations and its purpose are statutory tasks of the Organizer (art. 6 of GDPR §1 point (a));

3. Under data protection law you have the right to be informed, the right of access, the right of rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object;

4. The data we collect in the form of images may only be shared to fulfill statutory tasks of the Organizer with social networks (including outside of EU with respect to EU-USA Privacy Shield);

5. Collected data will be processed until its purpose cease;

6. Submitting filled application form is treated as consent for processing and using of the image of crew members mentioned on the application form for the purpose of fulfilling statutory tasks of the Organizer – taking images, copying, archiving, publication in media and Internet;

7. TL;DR version: during festival we would like to take pictures, put them on our web page, in social media (Facebook and Instagram) and publish in media an article that will be event summary.
